SarkariAge provides automated age calculation models, permissible birth date window timelines, and reservation relaxation algorithms for competitive government recruitment examinations in India.

We explicitly state that SarkariAge is an independent private initiative. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB), Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), National Testing Agency (NTA), State Public Service Commissions (State PSCs), or any Ministry or Department of the Government of India or State Governments.

3. Accuracy, Calculations & User Verification Duty

While our computational models strictly adhere to public Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) Office Memoranda and Indian judicial jurisprudence (such as Prabhu Dayal Sesma v. State of Rajasthan, AIR 1986 SC 2214):

• Permitted: You may print eligibility slips, share calculator results with peers, or use the tool in Cyber Cafés / Common Service Centers (CSCs) to assist applicants.
• Prohibited: You agree not to scrape, crawl, harvest, reverse-engineer, frame, or reproduce our proprietary UI layouts, algorithms, design systems, or datasets for commercial resale, competing services, or automated bulk AI model training without prior written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SarkariAge.com, its founders, operators, engineers, and contributors shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Rejection or cancellation of an application form by any examination board or recruitment commission.
• Loss of career opportunity, examination attempt, or fee payments made to recruitment portals.
• Inaccuracies arising from corrigenda, amendments, or sudden policy changes made by recruitment bodies after our data publication.
• Downtime, network latency, or technical interruptions.
